Defining Tomorrow’s Technology: Inside Loeb’s 2026 AI Summit in New York

Loeb & Loeb hosted its annual AI Summit on February 11, 2026, in New York City, convening in-house counsel and industry-leading artificial intelligence professionals for an engaging, interactive program centered on the rapidly shifting AI environment and the legal, regulatory and technical forces shaping how organizations deploy AI today. Attendees reflected a diverse mix of sectors, including technology, electronics, IT, social media, home appliances, medical devices, health care, retail, personal care, banking and financial services, marketing and advertising, among others. 

The morning opened with welcome remarks from Kenneth Adler, chair of the firm’s Technology & Sourcing practice, and Liz Allen, chair of the Emerging Technologies practice, followed by a guest presentation from ElevenLabs, including a live product demonstration highlighting cutting-edge AI voice and audio technology and its real-world business applications.

Ken and Liz then took the stage again to outline the current legal and technical framework surrounding AI, noting recent regulatory activity and developing trends influencing how organizations evaluate, adopt and oversee AI tools. 

The summit concluded with two 45-minute interactive roundtable sessions, led by Loeb partners, focused on the following timely and practical AI topics:
