Loeb Represents TransUnion in Acquisition of Sontiq for $638 Million

Loeb & Loeb is representing consumer reporting agency TransUnion in its acquisition of Sontiq, a leading digital identity protection and security company. Sontiq provides solutions to empower consumers and businesses to proactively protect against identity theft and cyber threats, including identity monitoring, restoration, and response products and services.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. More information can be obtained from TransUnion's press release and a news article from Law360 (subscription required).
