Loeb & Loeb represented Prestige Wealth Inc. in connection with a series of coordinated transactions, including $150 million financing, and initiating Nasdaq’s first Tether Gold treasury.
The transactions included a $100 million private investment in public equity (PIPE) financing, led by anchor investor Antalpha Platform Holding Company, along with Tether Investment S.A. de C.V. and Kiara Capital Holding Limited, as well as a three-year $50 million senior debt facility. The company intends to use the majority of proceeds to acquire Tether Gold (XUAt) as its treasury reserve asset.
Loeb advised Prestige Wealth on all aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring, negotiation, compliance and closing.
