Shaun Tho maintains a broad-based capital markets and corporate practice focusing on cross-border transactions involving Asia and the United States. He advises issuers, investors and other market participants on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, private placements, as well as on compliance with securities law and corporate governance matters. He also advises clients on complex public and private M&A transactions and strategic investments, and other general corporate matters.

In addition, Shaun supports clients on data protection matters, drawing on his prior experience as in-house privacy counsel with a Fortune 500 company.
