Loeb & Loeb represented Horizon Media, the largest U.S. media agency according to AdAge Data Center 2022, in its acquisition of a majority interest in First Tube Media, a leading live digital experience platform for brands.
According to a company press release, the acquisition of First Tube Media will add hybrid digital experiential marketing to the suite of services offered to Horizon Media’s clients. First Tube Media will continue to operate as a standalone company led by its CEO and co-founder, Andrew Beranbom.
