Overview
Bethany Simmons focuses her practice on bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. She has experience advising a wide range of clients, including debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, collateral managers, asset purchasers, and committees in major chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, in out-of-court restructurings, in litigation in both federal and state courts, and in arbitration and mediation.
