Overview

Jacob Sievers maintains a diverse litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitral tribunals across the country in a variety of industries, including software and technology, warehousing and logistics, real estate, and securities.

Jacob also maintains an active pro bono practice, having worked with closely with the Legal Aid Society and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts on a variety of matters.

Prior to entering the legal sector, Jacob trained at the Manhattan School of Music as a classical pianist.

  • Represented Zimmer Biomet in an action against Deloitte Consulting stemming from an implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Represented ACH Food Companies in an action against Wipro stemming from an implementation of Infor software. 
  • Represented a leading interior design firm in a pre-litigation dispute against consulting firm stemming from an implementation of Epicor software. 
  • Represented a food and beverage company in an internal investigation concerning a failed implementation of Infor software.
