Loeb and Five Partners Named Among Shortlist Finalists for 2026 Managing IP Americas Awards

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that the firm and the following five partners have been selected as shortlist finalists for Managing IP’s 2026 Americas Awards:  Doug Masters, managing partner of the firm's Chicago office; Bess Morgan, deputy chair of the Brand Protection practice; Bill Kramer, deputy chair of the Patent Litigation & Counseling department; Advanced Media & Technology partner Jorge Arciniega; and Litigation partner Tal Dickstein

The Managing IP Awards is one of the most comprehensive and widely respected IP law firm awards and recognizes remarkable intellectual property-related achievements and developments in the last year. Now in its 21st year, the program covers several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions.

The firm is recognized among the shortlist finalists for the “Copyright Firm of the Year” award in the U.S. Nationwide category. 

In addition, Managing IP has recognized the following Loeb partners as finalists in their respective practice areas and regions:

  • Jorge Arciniega – Trademark Prosecutor (U.S. Western Region)
  • Tal Dickstein – Copyright Practitioner (U.S. Eastern Region)
  • Bill Kramer – Patent Prosecutor (U.S. Midwest Region)
  • Doug Masters – Trademark Litigator (U.S. Midwest Region)
  • Bess Morgan – Trademark Prosecutor of the Year (U.S. Southern Region)

The final recipient of each category will be announced at the Managing IP Awards ceremony on April 9, 2026, in New York City.
