Loeb & Loeb advised BodyPark, a service provider of AI-driven fitness training, in its business combination with Fiture, a market leader in the space of interactive fitness mirrors in China.
The deal team advised BodyPark and its management team in connection with the acquisition transaction, employee compensation matters and post-closing business integration. The business combination closed February 2024.
