Loeb Represents in Over $5 Million Seed Funding Round

Loeb & Loeb represented, a deterministic AI-powered infrastructure remediation platform, in its seed funding round of over $5 million. The round was led by Glilot Capital and Hetz Ventures, with participation from strategic angel investors. 

Founded in 2022, is an AI engine that generates precise and secure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with up-to-date insights into major cloud service providers, allowing security and DevOps teams to enforce policies and swiftly deploy remediation.

Having secured adoption by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies, Gomboc will use its seed funding to expedite product development and establish a go-to-market strategy to meet demand. 

The Loeb deal team that advised in its seed funding round was led by Lloyd Rothenberg, Deputy Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department and included senior counsel Nancy Jacobson and senior paralegal Hope Wankel.
