Loeb & Loeb represented Rosco, LLC and Rosco Collision Avoidance, LLC, the leading global supplier of vision safety solutions to the bus and truck marketplace, in its investment from Graycliff Partners, a New York-based private equity fund.
Rosco’s extensive product portfolio includes mirrors, e-mirrors, cameras, digital monitors, sensor technologies and advanced driver assistance systems designed to enhance driver visibility and improve road safety. Together, Graycliff and Rosco plan to pursue growth in both new and existing markets—organically and through acquisitions—while investing in the company’s technology stack and product suite to deliver even greater value to its customers.
Loeb advised on all aspects of the transaction, including the negotiation of investment terms and corporate and tax structure.
