Overview

Soung Young Choe is a member of the firm’s Art and Cultural Property practice, leveraging more than six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. Drawing on a broad background representing companies, private equity firms and high net worth individuals, Soung Young brings sophisticated transactional skills to clients navigating the art market and complex cultural property matters.

Soung Young advises art collectors, artists, dealers and institutions on a full spectrum of art-related transactions, including private and auction sales, exhibition loans, gallery consignments and gifts of fine art. She regularly collaborates with family offices, art advisors, galleries, auction houses and estate planners to develop holistic solutions tailored to each client’s collection. Applying her experience in corporate governance and a broad range of asset, securities and commercial transactions, Soung Young also advises clients on governing documents for galleries and art ventures and secured lending using art as collateral.
