Fintech, Energy-Centric SPACs Together Raise $400 Million in IPOs

Loeb & Loeb Capital Markets & Corporate partners Mitch Nussbaum and David Levine were highlighted in Law360’s recent roundup SPAC deals for representing underwriter EF Hutton, a division of Benchmark Investments, in connection with blank-check company Digital World Acquisition’s initial public offering, which raised $250 million by selling 25 million units at $10 apiece on the Nasdaq Global Market.
