Deal Watch: Week of July 26

Loeb & Loeb Capital Markets & Corporate partners Mitchell Nussbaum, Giovanni Caruso and David Levine are highlighted in The American Lawyer’s roundup of deals for advising several blank-check companies and underwriters in IPOs.

On the issuer side, Nussbaum is noted for advising blank-check company International Media Acquisition Corp. in its $200 million IPO, which priced on Nasdaq on July 28. Caruso is mentioned in the article for representing the following blank-check companies: A SPAC I Acquisition Corp., which is focused on technology and e-commerce sectors in Asia, in its planned $80 million IPO; Embrace Change Acquisition Corp., which is focused on the technology, internet and consumer sectors in China, in its forthcoming $50 million IPO; and, along with Nussbaum, LifeSci Acquisition III Corp., which is focused on the healthcare sector, in its planned $75 million IPO.

On the buy side, Levine and Nussbaum are highlighted for representing the underwriters in blank-check company Neo Technology Acquisition Corp.’s forthcoming IPO.
