Sony Music Masterworks Announces Strategic Investment in Theatrical Production Company Seaview

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that the firm represented Seaview, a leading theater production company, in connection with a strategic investment by Sony Music Masterworks. Under the agreement, Masterworks is acquiring a 50% ownership position in Seaview and will collaborate with the company on the development of new theatrical productions and the launch of verticals in film, television, and podcasting.

Loeb entertainment associate David Manella led the deal team, which also included corporate partners Lloyd Rothenberg, Jamie Null and Marina Casani; entertainment partner Stefan Schick; and corporate associate Emily Sheahan. Before joining Loeb, David served as a Creative Development Associate at Seaview.
