LOS ANGELES – Loeb & Loeb LLP was honored today by Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), an L.A. based non-profit, with the organization’s Corporate Leadership Award at the 13th annual JVS Strictly Business Luncheon. The award recognizes the firm’s long history of corporate philanthropy and strong commitment to JVS, which provides vital employment and career services to Angelenos.
“Since opening our doors over 100 years ago, Loeb & Loeb has worked to support Los Angeles community development, helping our clients and community partners overcome obstacles and seize opportunities to achieve success,” said Loeb & Loeb Co-Chair John Frankenheimer. “Philanthropy and community involvement are part of our corporate culture and we are humbled to be receiving this award from such an esteemed, community-serving organization as JVS.”
The event, entitled “Strictly Business L.A.: Reinventing our Future,” forecasted the new job market as Angelenos begin the process of recovery. JVS' Strictly Business Luncheon brings together non-profit, government and corporate leaders to highlight innovative ideas regarding the health of employment in Los Angeles.
