Christopher J. Kelly takes a strategic, practical and business-oriented approach to his corporate and securities law practice, in which he advises both private and public companies, acting as a trusted resource for his clients in both legal and general business matters. Christopher’s targeted transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions (representing both acquirers and targets), venture capital financings, private offerings of securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He is also involved in general corporate representation.
