Represented RFR Realty, as landlord, in leases for the Seagram Building, to Clayton Dubilier and Rice and Ehrenkranz Partners, each in excess of 50,000 SF, as well as proposed leases for 137,000 SF to a hedge fund, 52,000 SF to a large financial services company and 28,000 SF to a hedge fund.
