Overview

Talia Englander practices in the area of commercial real estate law, concentrating on the representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of large high-end properties including retail establishments, offices, mixed-use buildings, and restaurants.

Talia’s insider’s view into the real estate industry facilitates her clients’ ability to achieve their goals by making informed business decisions. Having served as leasing counsel for a real estate company, her prior experience includes leasing, on behalf of the owner of a sixteen building mixed-use complex in Brooklyn, New York comprising 6 million square feet, as well as negotiating over 50 leases covering over a half a million square feet on behalf of ownership.
