Loeb & Loeb represented SL Green, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, in connection with a five-year new, direct lease for OceanSound Partners, a private equity firm focused on technology and technology-enabled services, bringing the firm’s leased space at 450 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan to approximately 32,032 square feet.
Under the new lease, OceanSound will expand from less than 22,000 square feet previously occupied at the property to occupy the entire eighth, 22nd and 23rd floors.
