Represented Brookfield Properties Inc., as landlord, in connection with a lease to Trade Desk, a technology ad-buying company, for 126,000 square feet at The Grace Building, 1114 6th Avenue, New York, NY.

Loeb also negotiated the termination and surrender agreement of Bain & Company’s lease from Brookfield which enabled Trade Desk as the new tenant to take Bain’s space.
