Sale of Original Productions to FremantleMedia

Represented Original Productions, a U.S.-based creator of hit television shows such as Ice Road Truckers and Deadliest Catch, in selling a 75 percent stake in the company to FremantleMedia, one of the world's leading creators and producers of entertainment brands.
