Net Lease of Entire New York City Building for Intersect by Lexus

Represented Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., as tenant, in its net lease of the entire building at 412 West 14th Street, New York, New York, for use by Intersect by Lexus where people can experience the Lexus brand without getting behind the steering wheel of one of its cars. Intersect be Lexus will consist of a restaurant, café, library lounge/bar and vehicle display area. Loeb also handled agreements with Union Square Hospitality to run the restaurant, with the rotating chefs, as well as agreements for the car parts decorating the building.
