Overview
Mary Alice (Madi) Sand is an associate in Loeb’s Private Client department. She focuses on matters involving estate and wealth transfer planning, trusts, family governance, business succession planning, charitable organizations, estate administration and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families.
Madi also has experience advising public and private companies and executives on a broad range of compensation and employee benefits matters, mainly in connection with corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Loeb, Madi managed the global attorney training and mentoring programs at an international law firm, where she developed initiatives to foster professional development and collaboration across jurisdictions and practice groups.
