Overview

Sarah Rubenstein Polak focuses her practice in the areas of advertising, marketing, media and technology. She works with companies in a wide variety of industries, providing advice and facilitating agreements. Clients turn to her for counsel and negotiation on innovative advertising and technology transactions, online and digital marketing campaigns, sponsorships and brand integration, media-related agreements, agency services agreements, influencers, social media and other content initiatives. She also advises clients on data-related products and services, privacy and data protection, vendor services and various professional services. Sarah’s experience working closely with in-house teams allows her to implement practical solutions that address business and legal concerns.

Sarah is proficient in Hebrew. She has volunteered for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) through Sar-El, a nonprofit organization that situates volunteers directly on IDF bases to work alongside soldiers.
