Sarah Rubenstein Polak is an experienced transactional and advisory lawyer whose practice concentrates in the areas of advertising, marketing, media and technology. Clients rely on Sarah for strategic counsel and negotiation of innovative advertising and technology transactions, integration of artificial intelligence tools, marketing campaigns and general business contracts. She also regularly develops bespoke agreements, template agreements and training guides. In advertising, marketing and media, Sarah has extensive experience supporting a broad range of advertising, marketing and media initiatives, including media buying and placement, advertising platform exchanges, digital and out-of-home marketing campaigns, creative services, sponsorships, brand integrations, influencer partnerships, issues relating to SAG-AFTRA, endorsements, compliance review of advertising materials, social media and other content engagements. Sarah is proficient in Hebrew. She has volunteered for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) through Sar-El, a nonprofit organization that situates volunteers directly on IDF bases to work alongside soldiers.
