Mesha Rivers

Mesha Rivers focuses her practice on a range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and other strategic transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance matters and business structuring and formation. Her experience includes supporting companies through venture capital transactions and other equity financings, including preparing and negotiating key transaction documents and guiding transactions from initial terms through closing. In addition, Mesha brings experience advising on securities offerings and capital markets transactions, including private investments in public equity (PIPEs), confidentially marketed public offerings and at-the-market offerings, as well as SEC reporting and compliance.
