He guides clients on the functionality, use and implementation of various blockchain-related products and solutions.
Outside of the Web3 and AI space, Gian guides clients on matters related to the Domain Name System (DNS), including assisting clients on the management, acquisition, registration and transfer of domains, as well as configuration and maintenance of DNS records. He also provides end-to-end support for blockchain-based naming systems and storage (including IPFS deployment), domain acquisition strategy, and other blockchain domain management services.
Gian’s additional capabilities include reviewing token structures and whitepapers, conducting technical (non-legal) assessments of smart contracts, and advising on custody design and key-management strategies. He also supports clients with non-legal analysis of licensing pathways for blockchain and AI initiatives, and drafts applied AI governance frameworks and acceptable-use policies. His work frequently involves conducting technical due diligence and operational risk assessments, as well as leading enterprise workshops and training sessions. Through these services, Gian helps clients align emerging technologies with operational goals and evolving regulatory considerations.
