Overview
Soffia H. Kuehner Gray focuses her practice on estate planning, administration and tax matters. She advises high net worth individuals, families and closely held businesses on gift and estate tax planning, trust administration, wealth transfer strategies and business succession planning. Her practice includes drafting trusts, wills and other sophisticated estate planning instruments, implementing tax-efficient lifetime gifting strategies and administering decedents’ estates.
Soffia also brings experience handling guardianships, IRS audits and post-mortem planning matters, as well as preparing high-stakes premarital agreements and crafting privacy planning strategies to address matters of heightened sensitivity.
