Overview

Roshanne Katouzian represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust, estate and conservatorship matters. She advises clients in complex disputes, including matters involving breaches of trust, accounting disputes, elder abuse claims and trust interpretation. She guides clients through every phase of litigation, from early case assessment to trial.
  • Successfully moved for summary judgment against co-trustee for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust, conversion, fraudulent concealment, order compelling the return of trust property, surcharge, a constructive trust, an accounting, removal, and attorneys’ fees and costs.
  • Successful trial on request for elder abuse restraining order against conservatee’s abuser, and successful dismissal of all counterclaims by abuser.
