Overview

Jessica Jensen focuses her practice on private client matters for high-net-worth individuals and families. She routinely advises on the creation, structuring and administration of single-family offices and private trust companies. She also counsels family offices and family investment entities on carried interest planning, SEC compliance, executive compensation, fund subscriptions, employment matters and the provision of services to family members. Jessica frequently plays an active role in private trust company board meetings and operations.

Jessica also advises individuals and families on a broad range of other matters including tax planning, trust administration, business succession planning, privacy considerations, trustee duties and tax controversy. She works on sophisticated planning centered around wealth creation and transfer, and drafts intricate trusts and agreements.

Before entering private practice, Jessica was a law clerk for two years at the U.S. Tax Court for Judge Ronald L. Buch giving her a unique perspective on tax planning. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” in Trusts and Estates each year since 2021.
