He has served as lead trial counsel to his clients in more than 500 court matters and arbitrations. Many of these matters settle early due to his meticulous marshalling of facts and his opponent's awareness that he is fully prepared to see the matter through to completion.
Devin’s recent arbitration results include a complete victory in a confidential arbitration after a multiday hearing, where Devin’s commercial client was awarded and received the full seven-figure amount that was sought and also received a complete defense award on his opponent’s eight-figure counterclaim. In another recent commercial arbitration matter, Devin obtained a finding of fraud and the full amount of compensatory damages sought against his client’s opponent after a weeklong hearing, while all of the opponent’s counterclaims were dismissed in their entirety. Over his career, Devin has achieved many similar results for other clients.
Devin is currently leading a team of Loeb lawyers in a large matter against the City of Los Angeles on behalf of an impactful nonprofit while co-leading another team of Loeb lawyers in a large and complex wage and hour class action set for jury trial in October 2025. Finally, Devin has unique experience as a former business owner and managing partner of a successful boutique law firm. In this former role, Devin made many of the same business decisions he now advises his clients on.
