Overview
Curtis Bajak maintains a diverse finance, workout, bankruptcy and corporate practice with an emphasis on energy efficiency financing, film and music financing, and other commercial financing transactions (including asset-based lending and secured transactions), film securitizations, leveraged acquisitions and dispositions of entertainment libraries and catalogs, intellectual property licensing, and structured financing transactions. He regularly represents financial institutions and insurers as well as borrowers in and outside of the energy and entertainment industries and also is regularly involved in corporate acquisition financing, debt restructuring, and troubled-loan workouts.
