Loeb & Loeb represented VaynerWatt, the production company and marketing joint venture founded by marketing entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk and former CAA agent Eric Wattenberg, in connection with the development of the competition series Limited Time Offer. The firm advised on the distribution agreement for the series with ABC and negotiations with advertisers to be featured in the series.
Limited Time Offer is an unscripted, food-focused competition series in which contestants compete to develop consumer products for participating brands across the fast-food, casual dining and packaged goods sectors. Each episode of the series will feature two standing judges and a rotating guest judge, with winning products made available to consumers after the episode airs. The series is expected to air in 2027.
The Loeb team included Marc Chamlin, chair of the firm’s Television and Literary Publishing industry groups, and Daryl Steiger and Ava Badie of the firm’s Entertainment department.
