Loeb & Loeb Adds Leading Tax Partner Jamie Ogden In San Francisco

San Francisco, CA (June 1, 2026) – Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce the arrival of Jamie Ogden to the firm’s San Francisco office as a Tax partner in the Capital Markets & Corporate department.

“Jamie brings a sophisticated corporate tax practice, helping clients navigate complex tax considerations and optimize outcomes across their business operations,” said Ann Chen, deputy chair of Loeb’s Capital Markets & Corporate department. “He has extensive experience dealing with the sophisticated and nuanced issues our high net worth, family office and corporate clients face.”

Ogden brings approximately two decades of experience advising on M&A transactions, QSBS and PTE planning, family office matters, financings, internal restructurings, 1031 transactions and deferred compensation arrangements. Additionally, he counsels both U.S. and international clients on income, estate and gift tax issues, as well as business succession and foreign compliance matters. Ogden also works frequently with commercial and family law litigators on the tax aspects of judgments and settlements.

Ogden earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Washington. He joins Loeb & Loeb after over a decade of practice at Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP.
