Loeb Guides Superfly in Acquisition by Range Sports

Loeb & Loeb represented Superfly, a renowned live experiences company, in its acquisition by Range Sports, a diversified marketing and production company spanning film, television, music, sports, digital, gaming, culinary and more.

Under the terms of the transaction, Superfly will be rebranded as A Range Company and will drive live events and opportunities across sports, entertainment and music. The sale included the majority of Superfly’s assets, except ownership interest of Outside Lands, and brings the company’s leadership team and staff into Range Sports.
