Loeb Represents Netflix in 10-Year Lease Extensions for Headquarters Campus in Silicon Valley

Loeb & Loeb represented Netflix, one of the world's leading entertainment services, in a 10-year extension of the leases for its four-building, 500,000-square-foot headquarters campus in Los Gatos, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley.

A notable term of the lease amendments grants Netflix voting membership in the campus owners’ association.
