Loeb advised on a wide range of matters concerning the Broadway production, including production agreements, financing structures and deal terms, corporate structuring, talent agreements and ongoing production legal matters.
The production, which broke numerous box office records, was nominated for five Tony awards.
The Loeb team that represented the production included Entertainment partner David Manella and Carol Kaplan, co-chair of the firm’s Theater & Live Entertainment practice.
