Are Influencers on Strike Too?

Loeb & Loeb Advanced Media & Technology senior counsel John Monterubio is quoted in an article published by The New York Times discussing fielding questions from influencers and brands about how the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike would affect them. 

In a statement to the publication, John commented that people who are not in the union and don’t have their hearts set on joining have a decision to make. “They’re not legally bound one way or another,” he said, “but they have to think about how their decision will impact them in the future.”
