Three Loeb Partners Named in 2026 “Entertainment Business Visionaries” List by LA Times Studios

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to share that, for the second consecutive year, Arash Khalili, co-chair of the firm; Scott Edel, chair of the firm’s Entertainment department; and Entertainment Labor Chair Ivy Kagan Bierman have been recognized in the 2026 “Entertainment Business Visionaries” list by The Envelope, a magazine published by the LA Times Studios. This award celebrates the trusted architects of the entertainment industry—professionals whose guidance helps navigate complexity, unlock opportunity and shape what comes next.

In an accompanying profile, Arash is spotlighted as a dealmaker at the intersection of entertainment, sports and media, advising artists and athletes on transformative transactions. His work spans high‑profile mergers, acquisitions and brand partnerships, including advising on Big Loud Records’ minority stake sale of Morgan Wallen’s master catalog to Chord Music Partners and leading sophisticated global media rights negotiations for athletes such as Chet Holmgren, Dylan Harper and Naomi Osaka.

Scott is noted for his longstanding leadership in structuring complex entertainment matters, advising clients such as Alcon Entertainment, BBC Studios and Supercell on the development, financing and distribution of premium content. His practice spans film, television, music and digital media, where he brings seasoned judgment to transactions involving enduring franchises and globally recognized creators. 

Ivy is recognized in her profile for guiding entertainment labor strategy amid an evolving production and employment landscape. She is currently helping entertainment companies navigate the AI provisions in the guild agreements. Ivy remains very focused on helping organizations and companies create and maintain cultures where everyone can thrive.
