Loeb & Loeb to Guide Malaysia-Focused SPAC's $100 Million IPO

Loeb & Loeb Capital Markets & Corporate partners Mitchell Nussbaum and Alex Weniger-Araujo are mentioned in a Law360 article for handling the forthcoming $100 million IPO of Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) targeting the technology and telecommunications sectors in Malaysia.

The SPAC plans to raise $100 million by offering 10 million units at $10 per unit. The blank-check company told regulators it plans to focus its search for a merger partner within the tech and telecom sectors in Malaysia partly due to its executives' business relationships in the country, and also because it sees potential in the country's rollout of 5G network connectivity.
