Overview

Alex Weniger-Araujo is a transactional lawyer with a practice focused on corporate finance, venture finance, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters. He represents both foreign and domestic, emerging growth and high technology issuers and investors in equity crowdfunding, private placement and public offerings, including SPAC IPOs and PIPE financing transactions. Alex also advises clients on the public reporting requirements of issuers and shareholders.

Before starting his private practice, Alex led product development for a legal technology company, was the founder of a real estate analytics SaaS platform, and was previously general counsel at a New York-based venture development firm focused on Seed to Series-A stage companies.
