Loeb & Loeb Advises Northwell Health in Joint Venture to Launch Physician Management Services Organization, ‘Formative Health’

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Northwell Health, New York State’s largest health care provider, in a joint venture with private equity firm Pamplona Capital to create a new physician management services business, Formativ Health. Formativ's offerings include revenue cycle management solutions, patient access services, physician practice management and advisory services.

Northwell Health and Pamplona both invested capital to create Formativ. Northwell Health's employed physician group will be one of more than 400 existing customers of Formativ, which serves over 5,000 physicians.

Loeb & Loeb partner Kenneth Adler, chair of the firm’s Technology and Outsourcing Practice, and corporate partner Barry Mehlman represented Northwell Health in the transaction.
