Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Outbrain, a leading online content-recommendation platform, in the acquisition of Visual Revenue, a predictive analytics solution that provides data-driven tools to help online editors better place content and improve performance on their homepages, section fronts and social channels. The acquisition will expand Outbrain’s offering for online publishers, providing an end-to-end solution for optimizing all of their content across every channel, screen size and device. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mr. Rothenberg has worked with Outbrain in connection with a variety of matters, including negotiation and execution of multiple rounds of financing, as well as numerous acquisitions and commercial transactions.
