The Daily Journal has named Loeb & Loeb partner David Grossman among the “Top Intellectual Property Litigators” in California in its 2013 Intellectual Property Special Report. Attorneys were selected for this annual list, which honors achievements in the field of intellectual property law, based on demonstration of leadership and impact on the industry. Grossman was profiled in the Daily Journal’s April 17, 2013 issue, in which he shares insights into his recent cases and litigation approach.
Grossman focuses his practice on intellectual property and business litigation, with a diverse client base that includes Hollywood studios, television networks, production companies and distribution companies. He has represented a variety of clients in all aspects of litigation, including prosecuting and defending claims involving trademark and trade dress infringement, idea submission, false advertising, copyright infringement and unfair competition. Grossman also has extensive experience in litigating commercial business disputes and appeals in both federal and state courts.
