Loeb & Loeb Again Selected as 'U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West' by Managing Intellectual Property at its 2009 North American Awards Ceremony

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Loeb & Loeb’s Intellectual Property Protection practice was again awarded “U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine. Awards were presented to the leading firms in the United States and Canada for their patent, trademark, and copyright work. In addition to the win, Loeb & Loeb was also one of four firms nominated for the “U.S. Trademark Prosecution Firm of the Year - West” award and one of five firms nominated for the "U.S. Copyright Firm of the Year - West" award.
