Lease representing Trinity Church, as landlord, in a lease of approximately 400,000 RSF of office space to Viacom International Inc. at 345 Hudson Street, plus options on additional space at 345 Hudson Street of up to approximately 450,000 RSF and the execution of an option agreement pursuant to which Viacom has the right to lease in excess of 150,000 RSF at 350 Hudson Street. This transaction represents one of the largest leasing transactions in the city of New York in 2007.
