Represented NV5 Global Inc., a provider of technology, conformity assessment and consulting solutions, in an acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Aerial Filmworks, LLC, dba GEO1. GEO1 provides geospatial lidar, aerial imagery, and data analytics solutions to utilities, government agencies and the environmental sector.
