The Units were sold at a price of $10.00 per Unit, generating aggregate gross proceeds to the Registrant of $50,000,000. The over-allotment option was exercised in part for the sale of an additional 733,920 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit resulting in additional total gross proceeds of $7,339,200.
