Overview

Julia Aryeh is an experienced corporate and securities lawyer focusing on U.S. capital market transactions, with an emphasis on SPAC IPOs, business combinations, PIPEs and private placements. Her practice covers corporate matters relating to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including handling securities compliance and disclosures and filing periodic and current reports. She also advises on general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Julia was most recently general counsel at an international family office and co-founder of a private investment/advisory firm focusing on global investment opportunities in the real estate, tourism and retail markets. In these roles, she advised and participated in private equity transactions, corporate restructures and active investment strategies. Previously, Julia spent several years as an investment banker and securities lawyer. In addition to her transactional practice, Julia has experience in litigation and family trust planning. She is the founder of an entrepreneur summer program for college students looking for practical experiences within the startup community in Europe.
